Overview
1. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Nationality :
  • Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • For specific posts like Assistant Audit Officer or Junior Statistical Officer:
    • AAO: Degree + preferred qualifications in CA/MBA/Cost & Management Accounting.
    • JSO: Degree with at least 60% in Mathematics at 12th or Statistics as a subject in graduation.
Age Limit
  • General age range: 18 to 32 years (depends on post).
  • Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories:
    • OBC: +3 years
    • SC/ST: +5 years
    • PwD: +10 years
Must be:
  • Citizen of India, or
  • Subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or
  • Tibetan refugee (arrived before 1st Jan 1962), or
  • Person of Indian origin migrated from select countries intending permanent settlement.

  • Finance: Budget, basics of accounting, economics, banking.
  • Economics: Indian economy overview, fiscal/monetary policy, economic reforms.
